• Limited Warranty

  HyperShark Technologies Corp. (Hereinafter referred to as “HyperShark”) warrants its products, if properly used and installed, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.

• Warranty Void Conditions

  The limited warranty does not cover any failures or defects caused by misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, alternation, unauthorized repair or modification or causes external to the product such as, but not limited to, improper heat or humidity, power failures or surges, or acts of God.

• Limitation of Liability

  HyperShark’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the product sold. In no event will HyperShark be liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any document or data stored in or used with a system containing this product.
